Hey Nick!
Thanks so much for a brilliant time at Exit Festival!
Literally this email has made me sad again that I'm not there!
It was so incredible - amazing music and atmospher we're almost definitely coming back again next year.
Rooms and hostel were great, Maybe you could fashion a bar in the court yard or something with music if allowed?
And some barbecues? Just to get people talking and meeting, although to be fair that wasn't really a problem at all!
Also just a note which I'm not sure you'd be able to change... one half of the rooms (the ones not facing the courtyard)
were boiling in the morning cause the sun shone straight into them - maybe the hostel can get fans or something!?
But that's the only "constructive" feedback I have really.
It was one of my best weeks this year, and I'm so so happy I got to experience it - if we do all go again next year
I'm coming for longer! >Sorry we didn't get to meet you!
But yeah loved the whole set up of exit festival - so unique and exciting, thank you thank you thank you!

It was great to meet you and to chat and the whole thing came together perfectly.
I believe you have already (by complete coincidence!) been talking to my mate Mick from Shetland
and there is a big bunch of the lads out from there for next years Exit Festival. Was so funny when he said
I've been talking to a guy called Nick..' and i said 'Just stop right there!' lol.
Mick didnt even know id been this year let alone booked through you. So needless to say i gave him the 100% seal
of approval on your services and it made his day i can tell you! So I will be back too next year, but im planning
to have my own little trip going on. Wondering what you might be able to do for me on that. High end budget as well.
something! hahaha. Think i will be best off around the 9th Jan so dont know how that works for you for a deposit
and such (especially on the nicercplaces). It would be me and the girlfriend coming out. And i can tell you

I totally forgot to say thank you and *well done* on being such a wonderful and well organized operation! I'm sorry for the delay!
None of us knew what to expect when we arrived in Novi Sad, but your welcome in the cafe was so great.
Everyone was so polite, full of useful info and just great banter! A perfect introduction to beautiful Serbia!
Also, our landlord & lady were fantastic and even left some drinks for us on the table.
The apartment was tidy and clean with comfortable beds, much needed after all the partying!
Exit Festival was an amazing, unforgettable five days. Thank you very much Exit Connect
I would recommend your services to anyone looking to come to the festival.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dom B Hostel, it was a very budget and basic room
but clean and comfortable and a great location - we knew that we would spend
very little time in the room so we did not require anything fancy. the staff
on the reception did not speak great English but that was all part of the fun!
We arrived in Novi sad on the monday, we loved the few days in Novi Sad
before exit festival, as a couple it was very relaxing and allowed us to see
the place before the crowds decended, it was very exciting to see the
atmosphere increase and the buzz in the air as all the pre party preperation
for the festival increased.  we also had our barings in the city by that point.
Exit festival was amazing, many of my favourite djs played over three days in
the dance areana, we danced until sunrise and beyond.
Value for money was probably one of the best parts, the festival tkt price,
the drinks system and eating out.
Music and dancing is a big part of my holiday, as is food and relaxing,
combining both in a week or two, having spent many years going to ibiza
where the clubs prices are just ridiculous, it has opened up a whole new
desire to see more of eastern europe where the weather is fantastic, the
food was unbeleivable and the whole holiday was so memorable.
We met some amazing ppl, english and serbian who we are still in touch with,
the serbian guards at the border were a little scary though!
Thanks for all the help you gave us when we were booking, being Exit Festival
virgins. we would love to deal with you again, we are considering exit fest
2012 and also Croatia ......

Hey!
We had such a great time at Exit Festival, it's our second time and we plan to return, loved exit festival, the people, the strand!
Our accomodation in Hostel Dom B was perfect as well, with the help of the onsite shop and their vodka supplies we 'hosted' quite
a few pre festival drinks on the balcony.
However, we really did have such a great time and we will be intouch next year to sort our accomodation etc!!

I would just like to say on behalf of the group how fantastic you were - considering there were so many of us. Right from the start you were super patient with sorting the booking and also it was so nice to be organised and not have to worry about sorting stuff when we were out there because it was really easy to contact you and we always knew where to find you and you were always friendly and helpful whatever the situation!
really made for a great holiday and i know everyone was buzzing about exit festival when they got back for weeks after! maybe one reccomendation would be just to make english groups especially of our age and size a bit more aware of how reserved the serbians are . . we werent quite expecting such attentive hosts - although i have to say i reckon boris was pretty fond of us in the end!

Hi Nick, it went really well as usual this year hotel was good and had a awsome time at the festival too!! Only bad point for me this year was the beer seemed really bad was a struggle to keep it down :(!! Should be looking to book somthing up for Exit Festival 2011 need to speak to every1 and get numbers!

Exit Festival was Brill….. Our visit to Novi Sad was fantastic, of course helped hugely by the services of Exit Connect!

As a large group we were a little concerned that the possibilities of something going wrong on our trip were probably pretty high. Amazingly enough, nothing did! We had an amazing time both at the festival and within our accommodation. Considering the probable noise and general boisterousness that I'm sure we must have forced upon the guys in the hotel, they were completely calm and understanding and made our trip incredibly enjoyable. Having said that, they did get their own back by plying us with a lethal local beverage that drove more than a few of us a little insane.
We initially thought it could be cheaper, or better managed, to arrange all the elements of our trip independently. I am so glad we ultimately put our trust in Exit Connect. Everything was in place, as promised, when we arrived. We opted for flights into Bucharest, just to make it that little bit more difficult for us, yet our transfers picked us up without fuss on arrival and got us back there at stupid o'clock when we left. I would recommend opting for Exit Connect, especially if traveling in a group. Serbia is a friendly place but having people around that know how things work is definitely the sensible way forward.

I was very satisfied with the level of service and communication you provided again this year so thank you. The accommodation was fine... there was a slight hiccup finding the place as my cab driver had no idea, but I was with some other girls staying at another hostel and one of the staff there actually came with us in the taxi and showed us where to go!
But I can't say anything other than how helpful you were, and how much I appreciate you finding a solution for me at the last minute. You were so efficient! I had a brilliant time and I was so, so grateful to have my own room (and shower!) to go back to after a night at Exit festival... from what I heard the camping was atrocious, and the local hostels were ridiculously overcrowded. So I think I got the best deal and at such a good price! So thank you again :)

I just wanted to say thanks for all your help. We were so happy with the Hotel and all the organising you did with taxis etc. If you haven't been put off from any festival organising for next year we would definitely like to go back to Duga Hotel, and I'm pretty sure we will have enough people to book a whole floor out! We had a great time in Novi Sad the hotel was good and all-in-all, apart from the owner, the staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the manageress. Our only complaint would be the breakfast, which was poor and the air conditioning unit didn't work in our room, but fortunately we had all our windows open during our stay. However i would say that given the price it was a good hotel. PS thanks for sorting out the extra night at such short notice and keep me posted re next years Exit.

Hi Nick, We had a fantastic time at Exit and were delighted with the apartment. Tanja the landlord was very nice to us and made us feel at home when we arrived. As did the locals in the bar downstairs! they were great fun.
As far as Exit festival goes, we have been to many all over the globe over the years and I have to say we enjoyed this the most. It was incredible. I am pretty sure I will be coming back this year, not sure on numbers yet, think there could be more of us so I will keep you updated.
I don't think I have any negative feedback regarding your service. I would say though that the apartment we had was fine for 4 of us, but I would say 4 is the very maximum, if there had been 5 as we originally thought, it would have been a squeeze, Although, in fairness, you did say that Tanja was prepared to put in an extra bed so that would probably have been cool.
All in all, fantastic holiday and would definitely return via your service.

Everything worked out fine for us so thanks for making it a big success.
The only I could maybe suggest is if you could somehow find a detailed map of Novi Sad to send to people as getting hold of one online was next to impossible, that would be really helpful but thats all I can think of. I managed to find my way using a satellite photo from Google Maps but it was pretty sketchy.

Hi Nick - The housemates were wicked, in fact we're all meeting up in London for a night out next Sat and I've met Aldele and Catherine agian a couple of times, so couldn't ask for more really!
Exit Festival was amazing!!! Your help was appreciated. I'm gutted I won't be able to go next year as I'm in my first year of teaching at a primary school and time off in early july just won't happen, boo! I know that me and Adz were both really satified with the expert service! The hostel was great for our need, very glad we had nice housemates really!

Hi Nick, We had an excellent time at Exit Festival this year. I was very satisfied with the service I received from you. The hostel staff we very friendly and I liked that there was always security around. The only qualm I had was the size of the room. It was tiny and there was hardly any room to move! Which was very difficult for two people both trying to get ready at the same time!
But I appreciate that we were late booking a room and might have got something bigger had we book early. Many thanks

Hi Nick, Re Exit Festival Everything was great, enough taxis outside and the accomodation was basic but we knew that was going to be the case and we didn't need any more, everyone was as friendly as ever. We all had a great time, thanks mainly to your help and guidance. The whole holiday for us went smoothly with absolutely no issues. Our stay in the Hotel Park was great and the EXIT festival was amazing. You guys made sure we were well looked after and we felt fully welcome as guests in Serbia.
We are really looking forward to coming over again next year, this time there will be many more of us - say 10 or 15 people by my reconing. I'd be grateful if you could keep me informed of next years event so we can be sure not to miss out on booking the hotel again.
